NEW THOUGHT THREADS — RETURN POLICY

Every shirt we make is printed to order specifically for you. Because of this we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

However — we will always make it right if something is wrong.

If your shirt arrives with a print defect, wrong item, or damage we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. No hoops. No hassle. Just reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the issue and we'll get a replacement out to you.

Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for any defective or incorrect items.

Refunds: If a replacement isn't possible we'll issue a full refund.
