How It Works Every shirt is made to order just for you. We don't hold inventory — your order goes straight into production the moment you place it, then ships directly to your door.
Production Time 2–5 business days before your order ships. This is not shipping time — this is the time it takes to print and prepare your specific shirt.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery:

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days please email us at newthoughtthreads@gmail.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake immediately after ordering email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins.
