CK Mackie served with 1 Para from 1989 to 1994, including Northern Ireland. He drew this by hand — not from memory borrowed from someone else's service, but from his own. The Pegasus. The Kings Crown cap badge. The Union Jack. The Fallschirmjäger image from the barrack block that every man who was on Montgomery Lines, Aldershot UK will recognize the moment they see it.
Four hand-drawn original illustrations. Four print locations. The classic maroon and Cambridge blue of the regiment as it was in 1942 when it was born — before it became legend. Also available are subdued version in the colors of the field: sand dune, sage, and military green.
